I’ve always loved Ultra Nate as she is a true dance/house music artist that didn’t reach the level of some other similar artists like Crystal Waters or CeCe Peniston but she certainly knows what’s good and she’ll go after it. She was signed to Warner Brothers in the earlier part of the 90s then let go then signed to Strictly Rhythm and it’s at Strictly Rhythm where she achieved most of the her huge success with the very popular Free from her Situation: Critical album.
Free was HUGE in 97 and there were countless remixes of that huge song but the version that caught on was the Mood II Swing remix. Although Full Intentions was also right up there but there was something about the Mood II Swing version that was just a notch better.
Well good news there are new remixes for Free by Ultra Nate that were released late last year that are worth writing about. For anyone into Free or Ultra Nate or dance/pop music then you will certainly enjoy this excellent remix by Teo Moss & Daniel Shems. As always I”m a big sucker for new remixes of old songs and this Teo Moss & Daniel Shems Remix is quite nice in the package of 2010 remixes for Free by Ultra Nate. There’s also a new remix by Bob Sinclar in the package of new 2010 remixes of Free by Ultra Nate. Check them out below. Original Mood II Swing version and new Teo Moss & Daniel Shems Remix and Bob Sinclar Remix.
